There are several significant sections of Cape Coral which offer unrestricted Sailboat access:

  • In the NW, primarily to the West of Old Burnt Store Rd. 
  • At the top of the SE: The Chantrey canal / Viscaya Pkwy area
  • The Gold Coast properties, along the Eastern edge of the city (East of Del Prado Blvd)
  • The Cape Coral Yacht Club, in the very SE corner
  • Unit 3, immediately to the West of the Yacht Club
  • And Units 64 & 67, a little futher to the West, offering the quickest & most desirable Gulf access.
