Bonita Springs & Estero are well positioned, upscale towns located between Fort Myers and Naples, Florida. They includes many high end gated golf communities, with a notable number of them being used as winter vacation homes by Northern visitors. Walking down Bonita Beach you will see many extravagant multi-million dollar Gulf front homes, but Gulf access canal options do actually exist at reasonable prices. Nearly all properties in Bonita benefit from a very short drive time to the beach and there is plenty of public parking. My name is Dan Starowicz and I am a Realtor with Sand Castle Realty. I have four area offices to better serve my clients, located in Bonita Springs, Naples, Cape Coral and Fort Myers. As a local resident for the past 25+ years, I can safely say that I know this area quite well and bring my expertise to every transaction.
