Bonita Springs & Estero are well positioned, upscale towns located between Fort Myers and Naples, Florida. They includes many high end gated golf communities, with a notable number of them being used as winter vacation homes by Northern visitors. And nearly all properties in Bonita benefit from a very short drive time to the beach. You will find an abundance of late model homes in very nice, well kept gated neighborhoods in these two towns. However, Gulf access waterfront is fairly limited here and the most desirable sections certainly reflect it in their pricing!

The beaches here are excellent- soft white sand and clearer blue waters make it a sought after destination. The area also has numerous restaurant and shopping options, from the reasonably priced to the very fancy. Golf courses are abundant and the distance to the closest international airport (RSW) is only 20 minutes away. As an added plus nearly everything in Estero is relatively new. From a boating perspective: Estero has very few Gulf access options and Bonita waterways are rather shallow, so they are not advisable for very large vessels. However, for those who are looking to accommodate boats up to around 30 feet, it is an excellent combination of location, boating, and beautiful surroundings. About me:
My name is Dan Starowicz and I am a Realtor with Premiere Plus Realty, Co. I have a number of Real Estate offices throughout SW Florida, including in Bonita Springs. I specialize in Gulf access, waterfront homes and coastal/island properties near the area’s beaches. As a local resident for the past 33+ years, I can safely say that I know this area quite well and bring my expertise to every transaction. I also enjoy my share of boating in this region, so I can safely advise clients as to the pro’s and con’s of different area waterways, from a boaters perspective.
In addition to being a Realtor, I have a background with years of experience in the mortgage business and as a hands-on Real Estate Investor too. I’ve personally bought bank owned property, imminent foreclosures, short-sale property, auctioned properties and estate sale homes. I am experienced in handling transactions involving 1031 exchanges, estate sales, trusts, self directed IRA purchases, foreclosures, short sales and many others too.
This particular website is one in which I’ve personally designed myself in an effort to give the public the best possible source to learn about the area and to have the most comprehensive information and real time search capabilities as possible. It may not have the prettiest pictures or the flashiest format, but the substance should all be superior.
