	Terms and conditions of this agreement (in addition to those mentioned above): This offer shall only be in force once Dan Starowicz, Sellstate Advantage Realty Network, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'buyer's agent') issues the buyer(s) a signed voucher for the $500 off offer. Customers who are not in receipt of the voucher are not entitled to the $500 off promotion. A voucher shall be issued upon buyer's signed agreement to hire buyer's agent to represent him and/or her as their Real Estate Agent in Lee County, Florida for a period not to exceed six months, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions on this page. Offer expires 04/01/10. Fully executed contracts signed prior to the 04/01/10 expiration which have successful closing dates on that specific property thereafter are still eligible to receive the discount (pending after 04/01/10 but signed and accepted prior to the expiration). In the event one or more parties are in disagreement (and/or will not allow the credit) no credit will be given or due. In the event of a reduced cooperating brokerage commission (or selling agent's commission) from that shown on the MLS listing, or if commission is below 3% of the purchase price no credit shall be given. A $100,000 minimum purchase price applies to this agreement. A $295 regulatory compliance fee to Sellstate Advantage Realty Network, Inc. remains due and payable on all Florida Real Estate transactions, and is not altered by this agreement. This fee is for, but not necessarily limited to, office processing and servicing, electronic file storage and retrieval and other services not normally associated with a real estate transaction.Both parties enter into this agreement in good faith, and buyer agrees and understands that they may not use this as the basis or as an inclusion in any lawsuit. In the event any disputes arise as to this offer, the offering party may terminate the offer, and no credit shall be given.
