Please note: if you are looking at making an offer on a property, it is typical in our area that the seller will require that it be accompanied by either proof of cash funds OR a financing pre-qualification letter for your offer to be considered. Waiting until after you’ve found a property may very well mean someone else will beat you to it (some of the best ones can go pretty quickly!)  So I strongly recommend that you get pre-qualified in advance, since you’ll need it anyway. That is of course, unless you are a cash buyer.
